Before you write to us

You will have a tracking link on WhatsApp and email from the moment your parcel leaves us. Delivery takes 2 to 7 days anywhere in India. If the tracking has not moved for more than three days, message us and we will chase the courier.

You have 10 days from delivery, provided the bag is unused and in original condition with all tags and accessories. Message us with your order number and we will arrange it — no need to fill in the form below.

Every bag carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Send us your order number or warranty registration along with a few photographs of the problem, and we will confirm whether it is a repair or a replacement.
