3 Year Warranty

This TRAWOC® product carries a 3-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in material for 3 year from original date of purachase.If defective,this product will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product at the discretion of TRAWOC®.For warranty submit a claim to our customer service department through our website www.trawoc.com/warranty.The product must be returned to TRAWOC® with shipping pre-paid in order to be repaired or replaced.To make any claim under manufacturer’s warranty the customer must have the proof of the purchase and the warranty card.This warrant covers only manufacturing defects in material and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear,misuse,improper care,negligance,accident,transport damage,exposed to moisture, to dampness or to extreme thermal or evironmental conditions,to spillage of food or liquor or to influence from chemical products.

How do I make a claim?

Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims

Returns

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the procedure. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).  All items must be returned in original condition and in the original TRAWOC packaging. Remember, all our products come with a 3 year warranty, so if something goes awry down the track, be sure to let our support team know via mail@trawoc.com *If you are eligible, we’ll email a prepaid returns slip to you.

Exchanges

We kindly request our buyers to carefully review all images and the product description, including size and color, before making a purchase. This helps avoid the need for returns or exchanges later. However, if you are not satisfied with the product received, you can opt for an exchange.

The entire exchange process, from pickup to delivery of the new product, typically takes 7-20 days.

To ensure a smooth and efficient exchange process, please follow the steps outlined below:

Request Verification: Once you submit your exchange request, our support team will promptly verify it.

Item Pickup: Upon verification, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location.

Package Inspection: After we receive the item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it is in perfect condition.

A nominal fee of Rs 200/- will be charged for the exchange service.

Conditions for Exchange:

Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and accessories intact.

Replacement Product: If the replacement product's value exceeds the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the value is less, we will refund the difference to you.

Availability: Exchanges are dependent on the availability of the desired replacement product.

Please note that exchanges are not available for renewed products or items on clearance sale.

We strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible for our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
