1 Year Warranty

This TRAWOC® product carries a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in material for 1 year from original date of purachase.If defective,this product will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product at the discretion of TRAWOC®.For warranty submit a claim to our customer service department through our website www.trawoc.com/warranty.The product must be returned to TRAWOC® with shipping pre-paid in order to be repaired or replaced.To make any claim under manufacturer’s warranty the customer must have the proof of the purchase and the warranty card.This warrant covers only manufacturing defects in material and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear,misuse,improper care,negligance,accident,transport damage,exposed to moisture, to dampness or to extreme thermal or evironmental conditions,to spillage of food or liquor or to influence from chemical products.

How do I make a claim?

Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims

Returns

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the procedure. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).  All items must be returned in original condition and in the original TRAWOC packaging. Remember, all our products come with a 1 year warranty, so if something goes awry down the track, be sure to let our support team know via mail@trawoc.com *If you are eligible, we’ll email a prepaid returns slip to you.

Exchanges

We will happily help you process an exchange within 10 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Please reach out to mail@trawoc.com for help.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
