Returns & Replacement Conditions

To ensure a smooth return & replacement process, please make sure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories and tags

Inspection for Damage

Before accepting the package, please check for any visible damage. If you notice any, reject it at the time of delivery.

To claim a return or replacement easily, please record an unboxing video of the product.

When Returns May Be Declined

Returns may not be accepted if the item has been used, mishandled, or is missing any parts.

Products from our clearance sale section are non-returnable. However, we offer a free Replacement if you encounter any issues.

Refunds
