Does not have load lifters. And its not suitable if you are atleast 5'10"" tall.

Poor delivery service

The delivery of this product is very poor experience for me bqs they are continuously cancelling the product without even call me for dispatching. They just give a missed call and leave it. I faced so much of trouble for getting my delivery. Come to the product side, The arm support of this bag is very weak for heavy weight. As per the product specification it can be loaded up to 60/70ltr of weight, but the arm support can't handle that much. Except that the material of this bag is good and stylish no doubt .

Front opening is really a plud point

It's really spacious eventhough it doesn't look like it could hold much at first, but once I started packing it could fit so many clothes. Front opening is the key feature as doesn't cause much hassle like top stacking rucksacks.
