Product quality is good, however, the zips are not smooth.

I used this bag for Kedarnath trek. It was a great experience. No shoulder pain perfect product in budget. Some additional support near waist would have been better but overall good product in budget.

Good value for money. Built quality is good but on a heavier side. Lots of place to adjust your stuff. Loved it.

Material quality, build quality, space, features all are excellent.I really liked detachable shoe compartment provided in the bag. Also, the hard back support is good and sturdy.Going on a trek in july and will add more observations after that.Seller is really helpful and polite. I did not get rain cover with my bag and instead of returning, contacted seller directly. Seller not only sent rain cover quickly but also sent a trek pant free of cost..!! Not even a single scratch on the bag even after multiple trips with bag filled to limits and handled roughly. I even used the bag on my multiple motorcycle trips. But it still looks like new.2. Easy to wash, just remove the hard sheet on back and wash it in washing machine. It again starts looking like new.3. The stitching is very sturdy.4. Very good overall support.
