It covers manufacturing defects in materials and parts — stitching, zips, buckles and fabric. We repair or replace at our discretion. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, moisture, extreme temperatures or chemical exposure, or damage caused in transit by an airline or courier.

Send us your proof of purchase or warranty registration details along with a few photographs of the problem, and we'll confirm whether it's a repair or a replacement.

Yes — within 10 days of delivery, provided the bag is unused and in its original condition with all tags and accessories. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within three working days, and cancelling before dispatch is refunded instantly.

Clearance items can't be returned, but if there's a fault with one we'll replace it free. Recording a short unboxing video makes any claim much easier to settle.

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India — you'll see the option at checkout once you enter your pin code.

Shipping is free on every domestic order, with no minimum value. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are processed the same day, and delivery takes 2 to 7 days anywhere in India.

It's water-resistant, not waterproof. The fabric and its coating shed light rain and splashes, but the seams and zips aren't sealed, so sustained or heavy rain will eventually find its way in.

Where a bag includes a rain cover, the Key specifications table above says so — use it in real rain, and keep electronics in a dry bag on a long wet day.

Sponge it down with cold water and a mild soap, then let it air-dry completely out of direct sun. Don't machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry-clean it — each of those damages the coating and the fittings, and that damage isn't covered by the warranty.

Store it dry, empty and loosely packed. Zips last far longer if you avoid forcing them around a corner while the bag is overstuffed.
